Owned and operated by a West Australian practising Psychologist, it offers substantial experience in both metropolitan and regional geographical areas - delivering services to the mining resources, construction, oil & gas, utilities sectors and personal individuals.Its workforce & associates consist of qualified and experienced Registered Psychologists.

Strategic Workforce Development offer numerous mental health and wellbeing interactive forums, catering for regional, FIFO and metro based organisations. Information sessions and workshops last from around 30 mins to 3 hours. Attendees range up to 50 per workshop. All our workshops are facilitated by Psychologists with minimum Masters in Psychology and 10 years' experience; this ensures an exceptional quality of knowledge and industry experience.

EAP is a professional employee support service for participating company employees who maybe facing personal difficulties. This includes personal and work related aspects causing an individual concern. The EAP is intended to provide short-term assistance to eligible users offering strictly confidential services by an independent, external organisation.
