Great and friendly service, efficient and punctual. Danny was able to come and check out what we needed to move before hand as well which meant he knew exactly how much to move and how long would take. No nasty surprises like with other removals.

Was disgusted by the unprofessional behaviour by Frog Furniture Removals. Owner turned up , had a look around, gave the impression they would come back after another job and then disappeared. Did not answer my calls or texts, completely ghosted me. We ended up having to book another removalist last minute for the following day. We were up front that our move was tricky with lots of stairs, if they didn't want to do the job they shouldn't have accepted the booking or at least had the courtesy to say they no longer wanted to do the job.

Cancelled on me virtually last minute today Friday the day we were moving due to an injured worker! couldn’t help me out at all with another removalist number etc Being we had to be out pretty much that day in order to clean our former residence for inspection Monday. He did offer Sunday at the same rate I have to say though, but that wasn’t any help really. Pretty disappointed as he did say not to go with another removalist when I first enquired about his services. Won’t keep them in mind next time round!

We used Frog removals for a standard house to house to move and we would use them again in a heartbeat. They were on time and exceptionally professional in their approach to moving our furniture and other items, and taking great care to ensure they were not damaged.
Like some of the other reviews, they move fast and yet are also very personable and friendly. At the other end they moved our furniture into a brand new house and this involved moving heavy furniture upstairs. There was zero damage to the house or the furniture. They were bang on with their quote also. If you are looking for a professional

Was 2 hours late, quoted GST inclusive then charged excluding on the day. They don't put anything in writing so you have nothing to refer back to. Danny will say it was 'miscommunication'. Also chipped dining table and didn't say anything. I've moved 6 times with removalists and wouldn't use these guys again or recommend them.
