Moving is never not stressful, and you’d expect it to be even more so with a 3.5-month-old baby. But this is probably the easiest and hassle-free moving day I’ve ever experienced with Double J Removals 💯 They… provided boxes, organised the packing ladies and the boys who did the move were on time, quick and efficient, and took great care moving all our items. I barely lifted a finger, and all we have to do now is unpack our boxes. Highly recommend, I will surely be a return customer (hopefully not too soon!!) 💯

We had an unexpected move and at one of the busiest times of the year, when I initially called Hayley for a quote even though I had no house to move too or a moving date she was very obliging. Hayley is friendly, helpful and full of energy no matter when you talk to her text or email, she gets back to you. Once I had the quote it was a matter of finding a house and a moving date. We eventually found a house and we had a two week time frame to move, I was worried Hayley would not be able to find me a moving date at such short notice, she found me one. The moving process is always very stressful. The team at Double J did everything possible to minimise the stress with a thoroughly professional experience. The arrived on time had everything moved out of our old house in time for pre settlement inspection and moved us in with minimal fuss or concern. Hayley in head office made the booking process easy.

I am impressed with their service from the start, with Hayley the Relocations Manger going out of her way to book me in with covid and the xmas end of year rush making bookings scarce and to Madison, J and the boys eagerness and efficiency. I used Double J Removals after my friends recommended them, and could not be happier!! What an amazing team! Hayley, Dion, and the movers went above and beyond. Excellent communication, punctual, professional, price was worth every cent. They also took care with my plants - and I have *a lot* of plants - which was really important to me with movers.
