Chocolate & white chocolate mud cakes are my specialty, covered in a yummy ganache then decorated with chocolate chards, fondant or yummy vanilla butter cream icing.
I also make cupcakes and a variety of other of cakes with lots of flavours to choose from. All my cakes are homemade, I don't use any premixes. My prices are very reasonable and I don't charge extra simply because it is a wedding cake. Servicing Brisbane and Gold Coast regions. Cupcake stands and silver cake stands also available for hire.

Hi, my name is Simone and I have been a qualified chef for 30 years now. I have worked both here in Australia and overseas. I have owned a couple of cafe's in Brisbane for 8 years but after working 7 days a week and very long hours we decided to sell so I could concentrate on my family and my love of cake making and decorating.

I can't recommend Simone enough! An absolutely stunning wedding cake that tasted even better than it looked. Simone perfectly replicated the brief and we still have people commenting on how delicious our wedding cake was 3 months on! We also had some GF cupcakes made for those that couldn't eat gluten, and they all said that they had given up on being able to enjoy any kind of cake since they were diagnosed, but what Simone made was so delightful - they almost didn't believe they were GF. Thank you Simone!

Simone wasn't able to assist me with a last minute cake order (totally understandable) but she was kind enough to offer some of her time to put together some beautiful cupcakes for my mum's 50th. They tasted amazing and she definitely put in the effort even with a short time frame. Thank you so much Simone!

Simone made our wedding cake and cupcakes for our wedding in June. Simone was friendly and incredibly helpful and great with communication. The cake and cupcakes were insanely good. We loved the white chocolate and raspberry mudcake the most but our other option of caramel mud was also raved about by our guests. I can't recommend Simone enough!

Simone recently made a cake for my daughter's 18th birthday and it looked absolutely beautiful and tasted devine. Her cakes are delicious and presentation is always of the highest calibre. We had Simone make our wedding cake and then multiple other cakes after this for separate occasions. Her butter cream icing is to die for and my favourite flavour is raspberry swirl and white chocolate - YUM!

We were so happy with the cake Simone made for our daughter's 21st. The passion-fruit and coconut flavor was so delicious. Everyone is still talking about it. The decorating of the cake was just so beautiful from the pastel colours, the actual flowers on the cake to the numerous other little subtleties. Wow.
