Viviana Jancso is a highly experienced clinical psychologist. You will likely experience her as a warm and caring individual who brings with her a wealth of information gleaned from her 20 years working as a psychologist with couples, adults, teenagers and children. Rebecca is a highly experienced psychologist who practices under her individual brand Present Moment Psychology.

We all know that being a teenager is tough. The adolescent brain is developing, hormones are raging, coupled with a poor understanding about the consequences of their own actions. Not a great mix for teenagers and terrifying for parents. It is not possible to prevent our kids from experiencing challenges or distressing circumstances.
Childhood and adolescence can be testing times. They are periods of rapid growth, development and change. Often these times are characterised by a bewildering array of emotions (for both parent and child). Parents can find it difficult if they feel their child is not coping emotionally or they have been affected by a life event.
