Our head office and showroom is based in North Lakes, Brisbane (41 Flinders Parade). However, we build homes anywhere between Coomera (North of Gold Coast) and Noosa (Sunshine Coast). If you are unsure please ask your sales consultant. Yes we do! We currently have 51 single storey plans and 16 double storey plans and many facades to choose from.
Just wanted to drop you guys a note and a few pics to let you know how super happy we are with our build and the entire process (have heard some horror stories). Sam was a pleasure and got any issues sorted ASAP and to an outstanding standard. The follow up team got things sorted with special mention to Joelene who followed up till everything was finalised.

Building a house during one of the most tumultuous times in the building industry is sure to be stressful for everyone involved. Expect delays, expect some communication errors, expect human error. It's natural for these things to occur regardless of reputation.

Secured a contract for a build in September 2020, slab down early December and was in the house by June 2021. This was during the peak “home builder scheme” that introduced a cash incentive from the government to build and all builders were busy busy! In my experience, we had very minimal delays to the anticipated handover date which reflected only the time all construction was out of action due to flash flooding around south east Qld.
Great value for money. Honestly, we couldn’t have received what we got with any other builder. I initially chose homes by CMA because of their VIP styled

Looking for a quality builder with exceptional customer service at an affordance price look no further. Iv recently had the pleasure of designing my future investment with Nikki & Paul. Looking for a team that cares and gives you piece of mind with a more personal experience head down and see the team at the Aura estate. Nothing has ever been too difficult they have both only been to happy and answer any questions iv had to date with minor recommendations to better suit the home for its resale value for future family's.

Hands down best builder in SEQ!! Just got the keys to my new home and wow what an experience. After getting quotes from just about every builder in town Homes by CMA were by far the best value for money and the quality of home they have delivered has been faultless. Not a single delay or hiccup in the entire process from start to finish. If you're reading this and deciding who to build with I can say without a doubt you should go with Homes by CMA.

If you are looking for an honest builder that is well priced with high quality standard inclusions then I would strongly recommend chatting with Simon and the team from Homes by CMA. Having worked in the building and construction industry for over 25 years my expectations were high and I have not been disappointed. Simon Schott @ Newport was amazing to deal with. Simon was very patient with our changes with his attitude of nothing is to hard.
