Before starting Mahoney Constructions, which was established in 1984, Tony Mahoney was himself involved in the building industry for over a decade. Tony has been involved with various aspects of the building industry, including time as a bricklayer. Over 26 years ago Tony first began his company with a handful of tradesmen and his wife, Kaye, to help work in a display home that was built in Rothwell, North of Brisbane.
Today the company employs over 60 tradesmen and eight fulltime staff. Mahoney Constructions strength has been in its understanding and respect of our clients. Whilst we have not constructed thousands of homes in our time, we have remembered every face and shared every moment with our clients. Respect and trust has seen Mahoney constructions build for generations of our customers, from grandparents, parents and grandchildren.

We offer a range of Deluxe Homes for a variety of budget types. All our Deluxe Homes have quality finishes and excellent appliances. Each design is tailored for a specific utility, be it: an open floor plan, spacious bedrooms or living areas, or easy to use and generous sized kitchens. Our Deluxe range has something for everyone.
Gunnedah is a thriving vibrant country town with lots of industry, rural, mining and gas activity. Great for family or investors, as rental is in a very strong demand, our packages are all completed, turn-key, move in contracts, with heaps of inclusions. Mahoney Constructions have been building for Families and Investors in Gunnedah for over 12 years now.

I have built two houses with Mahoney Constructions and cannot recommend them highly enough.
Both houses were built to the highest of standards and were all that we had hoped for. Also everyone we dealt with within the company was so knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Other members of my family built a total of 5 houses through this company and had the same exceptional results.
I have no hesitation in telling anyone thinking of building with them, that they will be in the best of hands.
