My career began 17 years ago with a major real estate franchise, where I quickly achieved sales results that saw me ranked in their top 10% of sales people nationally. It's during this time I learned that with conventional real estate agencies, people selling their homes are signed up into offices of competing sales people.

Not all of these sales staff are experienced in real estate, negotiation or even own property themselves, yet they are entrusted with the sales negotiation on your most valued asset- your home. These agents must carry large numbers of listings to meet office budgets, impossible to manage properly if they intend on communicating with their vendors and buyers effectively.

Over the years I have had interaction and transaction with many Sydney real estate agents. Brad is without doubt the most professional and honest of them all. I just wish we had met him 20 years ago ! You will not get his service anywhere else.
