I did sign the contract for property in Kenthurst. I was dealing with Mannie and Stephen. 5% deposit was given as per agreed price without cooling off period. 66 W Certificate was given to agent Mannie and Vendor's Solicitor. My Solicitor was dealing with Vendor's solicitor. I was waiting for them to get contract signed from Vendor but they did n't get the contract signed from the Vendor and I believe they have showed my signed contract to other buyer and asked them to pay more. Then after at the end moment they asked me to pay more to bid other
