I ordered my diamond eternity band from here and it could not have had a better experience. Providing short notice to get this made Catanach’s turned this around for me quickly, whilst ensuring there was time to double check fitting so that I could wear the ring on my special day!
Same thing again with my bridesmaids gifts- a stunning pearl bracelet. This was turned around on virtually no notice and looked beautiful.

Several years ago we had some very good experiences with this jeweler, but not just recently.
This time they didn't fix our jewellery properly and actually damaged it, wasted our time, offered no apologies and also rude and arrogant staff who treated us with contempt. Not sure what's happened to this once good jeweller, but I won't be ever back after this shocking experience.
