All dinonds was recommended to me by a friend, the initial consult was fantastic. We provided some examples of what style and shape we liked. Perry then asked some additional qualifying questions and found the closest example online to what our ring would look like.
Sacha contacted me a few days later with the render from their designers and we ended up having a call as we wanted to add and move some things. Sacha was amazing! She sent pictures of what some colours would be really like when we get the ring. She even provided her expert opinion on placement and

Emailed the team enquiring about selling some rings. Responses were short and sharp with no politeness. After sending the valuations for the rings, the responder offered me 6% of the total value of the rings and suggested I sell them on eBay. Quite appalling behaviour. If the rings weren't appropriate for their collection there are many ways to communicate as such whilst also showing respect and consideration. The owner did NOT ask about diamond certification.
