Worst experience! Appointment was given 3 weeks after I called them and I didn't even get call after waiting 3 weeks!! When I called then to ask they said the person whom I have booked has just gone for the day! And they rescheduled to 4 days after. Again on that day I didn't receive any call. When I called them to check, they said they will call back in 10mins. It's been 3 days and I haven't got any call or update.
Stay away from these people. Don't waste your time!

I have been lodging tax returns through Integrated accountants since 2016 and my experience so far is very good. I always take appointment with Harish since I have to lodge business and TFN returns. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Price is reasonable and comparable. I highly recommend them.

Initially pleased with the service for my tax return. They were happy to take $500+ from me and happy for me to wait 20-30 mins past my appointment. But then they ignored my emails querying the return, which i felt was poor service. My opinion has changed from a positive start, which is a shame.
Reduced to 1 stars from 3. Shortly after this review i received an 'Urgent' email , but no it wasnt regarding my taxes - it was about this review. I thought 'great maybe they will help an unhappy customer', but no - it was to attack me for the review, I was amazed by a poor unprofessional attitude.

I have asked the team in Collins street to prepare my tax returns for 2016-2017 , it took them 2 weeks to respond back for a simple tax return and after 2 weeks of constant follow up, there did not do anything.
I then spoke with a lady, she advised that i need to pay an X amount and when i informed her that when i did the tax returns my self, i am getting the same X amount mentioned. The lady abruptly informed me to apply the tax returns myself and Hung up the phone.
Very Unprofessional , unethical and pathetic customer service.

AI wish I could give these people 0 rating. Worst tax agent ever. I could not believe that the owner of this company have filed wrong tax return. They have completely ignored part of my income and now I received lesser tax return then I should have. It is costing me nearly $800 to fix this through other tax agent. Big red alarm if you are planning to go there. Their receptionist, staff and the owner himself are the worst listeners.
In short they have so much work with them now that they are not even bothered to listen to your need. I would definately give business to someone else who appreciates
