I f you are thinking of booking please think twice the only thing nice about it is the location. The room was very unclean food left in from previous guests dirty towels floors not clean and filthy chairs cochroaches to name a few unfortunately the manager was really uncaring we did ask for our money back to go stay somewhere else that did not happen so we had to grin and bare it to much money to loose 350 for one night would rather book a 1 star motel would be better than this place. with covid we need our rooms cleaned and sanatised very unacceptable in such a high tourist area for such ignorance

I booked in October using a website that charged a fee to ensure my family, whom I usually host, would have a beautiful Christmas luncheon.
On arrival, the time had changed so we lost 1/2 hour because I wasn’t notified, I felt like an intruder, not someone who had paid 1400 dollars to prebook. After speaking to at least 3 people my family was jammed into a back table, no room to get up or move - remember this is a Buffett. We were told to wait for a plate - 4 people maybe got a plate. Needless to say by the time we could get in and out the food had rapidly depleted. The prawns were not local

It has been over 12 months since we stayed here. It still makes me mad thinking about the place My mother inlaw got us a room for the night which included meals. The place was generally unclean. It took a long time just to get a key as reception was un attended and no one would answer the phone. Our room had a empty coke can in it and was generally disgusting. The bed sheets where stained and the spa bath did not work. Food was brought to our room with no cutlery. We threw it out and left and drove home without even spending the night.
Most disgusting place I have ever stayed.

To say I was disappointed is un understatement. The shower didn't work. Being next to the carport there was nothing but noise all night, and it wasn't always the cars. Had to turn on the heater as there were no spare blankets. Found a cockroach in the room. The bed was like a rock. The restaurant is filthy and food was disgusting. Mosquitoes everywhere and no one bug zapper.Don't waste your hard earned money on this place! I have stayed in hotels that cost less and were 100% better.

Hotel room was clean and tidy. However upon arrival we had to request pur breakfast vouchers as these were forgotten as part of our package. The worst thing however is that we were told breakfast was at 8am to 10am and upon arrival to the restaurant at 8:20am it was still closed as was administration. We were not the only people as there was a lady with her 3 children that had to leave the place to get breakfast else where. We could not stay til 10am as we wished to have breakfast and had to leave premises to get it therefore would not be back in time to check out, not that it would probably matter

Only stayed here because M-I-L bought us a voucher for a nights stay. When we arrived, the receptionist had just taken a phone call which was on speaker so that brought about some confusion because It wasn't visually clear he was on the phone. He was also confused as to whether the restaurant was open for breakfast as i was informed it had to be room service when I booked.
When we got to the room, the first thing I noticed was a cork and bottle cap on the floor, and the last couple's rubbish outside our room. We checked in late afternoon so plenty of time to get that sorted.
Room is an okay size

Spend your money elsewhere. Don't waste it here. No service. Had to request room to be cleaned on day 1. They didn't even bother to clean on day 2. Run down, small. Balcony was smallest I have ever seen. No umbrellas or shade of any kind around pool. A couple checking in when we did were told 4.30 is latest meal time otherwise I have to pay staff extra money to stay later!!! HELLO - you are a "resort"!!! Certainly not worth $200 per night!!
