I WOULD LIKE TO ADD TO MY REVIEW THEY FAILED TO GIVE MY $50 DEPOSIT BACK! VERY DODGY. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
I wish I read the reviews of this place before staying here. We payed $150 for 2 nights which is fairly well priced, but for the state of the room we stayed in felt far over priced.
The bed was broken (we will probably spend more than $150 on a chiropractor when we leave), the room is flithy the bathroom looks like its been wiped down once in its life, we had to wear thongs in the shower, we have both been eaten alive by mosquito's, the towels are falling apart, no battery's in the remotes

Terrible customer service. Had to call to cancel my booking due to covid restrictions in WA. I called 5 times on different days and different times in the month leading up to my travel date, left a voicemail on each attempt and never received a call back. Contacted Expedia to try and contact the hotel and they couldn't even get in contact with the business on multiple attempts. They refused to refund me my money despite the 72hr cancellation policy. $180 I'll never get back. Happy to remove my review if my money is refunded.

First, very hard to communicate with staff, there is no one on the property. They just ignored me when I made complaints.
Second, the pictures on the website and real room are so different. The room was so dirty and the furniture was broken. Stained on towels, hairs, marks on the shower. The pictures are fake.
Third, there was some kind of insects in the room, went to GP and the doctor said it's bedbugs. I had to dump all my clothes just in case I bring the bugs to other places. There was no compensation for bedbug bites and any expenses on GP and clothes.
Please people, don't just pick because

We booked for 1 week in a room for 3, the sofa bed was broken, so we had to sleep at 3 in one bed, the room was disgusting, a lot of hair in the toilet, the bathroom (soap already used, spider webs, rubbish on the ground, dirty towel...) and everywhere in the room.
Customer service never answer (no reception in the hotel), we wasted our time to calling them for nothing
So don't go there if you want to enjoy Perth !

The place is run down , management hardly resolved any problems. Got there the first night and the room was tiny opened the wardrobe to a dirty mouldy fridge and a hole in the wardrobe with a towel over it which went into another room. Called management about it and he wanted to charge us to move into a different room. One night the electricity went off and there was no power , no hot water for about 14 hours. When asked management he said the cleaner would sort it and when she came she didn’t know how to do it and said it wasn’t her fault. The bed was also very slanted when sleeping . Wouldn’t

False advertising. I booked a week here and it did not clearly state that the bathroom facilities would be shared at any stage. The management refuses to refund my booking despite having not actually stayed at this address. Absolutely disgusting business practices and deceptive advertising. The shared bathroom was also bloody filthy. Do not stay waste your money on this place. There is a reason why so many people have given a 1 star review. Unprofessional and unscrupulous management. Disgusting.

The cheapest Room is fantastic value when you can get it for around $40-$50 a night on bookings.com but the other rooms are over priced. One room was FULL of mosquitoes as the room had a window with louvers that didn't close properly. There was a fridge but no way to plug it in as there were no extension cords and it couldn't be moved. There is no staff on the premises so you can't speak to anyone if you have any issues. Bring your own towels and toiletries as they only provide you with ONE towel and they don't supply shampoo, soap, conditioner etc.

No reception, access is by PIN code. The code that was sent was nothing like the one we needed and had to ring to get. At that time we still didn't know what room we were in and then we had to get another PIN for that. The original booking didn't say anything about share bathroom. There was old food in the fridge and it smelled like it had been there from some time. The room was on the ground floor and the window (to an alleyway) was unlocked when we finally got inside. We decided not to stay but due to their 14 day cancellation policy we didn't get a refund. I would give
