Whether I’m in Toowoomba or Brisbane, the team always make me feel special and my visit to the Brisbane store was no exception. I was in need of a special Christmas gift and seeing the most delightful earrings on LDs Instagram, Bridie was able to get them to me before Christmas. I was looking for a special anniversary piece to add to my collection but had the strangest, and quite frankly dodgy, experience with Bridie. After asking multiple times over a couple of days for details on two rings they still declined to provide them - not even total carat weight, which is a standard question when purchasing jewellery. I don’t know anyone who has shopped with them before (makes sense now) hence wanting to get an idea of the pieces before taking the time for an appointment. They actually told me their pieces are so spectacular that their clients don’t bother asking for specs

My partner and I arranged our specially made wedding bands initially in store and then via emails, and we enjoyed every part of the process. The LD girls are all highly professional and are fantastic to work with to create your unique pieces. I have been a long time admirer and customer of Lannah Dunn. Over the years I have purchased some of my favourite pieces from both the Toowoomba and Brisbane stores. My recent purchase was a very last minute decision on a beautiful Italian made Rose Gold necklace I had seen several weeks before in Brisbane. Bridie came to the rescue!! She hand delivered the necklace to my husband at his office, so I could take it away for a weekend in Melbourne. Thanks for going above and beyond Bridie! I wore the necklace all weekend and have been enjoying wearing it often since. See you soon xo

I was on the search for a present for my partner and certainly went to the right place! I bought a beautiful monogram ring with her initials engraved and she absolutely loves it. I have just gone back to the Lannah Dunn Brisbane store after my unforgettable first visit a few months ago. I bought a beautiful ring and have now found a stunning bracelet to replace one I used to have. Feeling a little anxious to go in at first but I had the pleasure of being served by Bridie(hope that's spelt correctly)she was so warm and made me feel so comfortable. I was so happy with the genuine interest in helping me that I would highly recommend LD to everyone. I went in a few times to pay off the layby, Bridie was not there but again the other girls were lovely & also very helpful. Will

It is truly a magical experience stepping into the Lannah Dunn Brisbane store! Feeling uncertain of “where to start”, the warm welcome I received from my very first visit immediately put my heart at ease!

I was really delighted to stubble across this store and see a beautiful array of jewellery on offer. A few key pieces caught my eye. One ring in particular I really loved...and yes it was expensive, but when I asked to try it on was told I'd have to make an appointment and the store needed to be shut down in order for me to just try it on...rather disappointed I thought that was interesting customer service, especially if I was a tourist and only in town one day...having said that I did buy two other pieces that day, but doubt I would go back.

Forget needing to go to Sydney or Melbourne for truly unique and stylish pieces, Lannah Dunn is far and away the best boutique jeweller in Queensland and with such a lovely local back story it feels great to support a small business and walk away with something so beautiful!

I have been eyeing off Lannah Dunn for a little while now, so in an attempt not to get attacked by typical jewellery retail assistants over the busy Christmas period, I told a little fib when I went into their store in Tattersall's Arcade. They asked if I was browsing for anything in particular, and I told them I was looking for a 21st birthday present for my sister, which isn't for another 6 months so I was simply gaging what they had. Lie. Complete lie. But I wanted to avoid the hard-sell. The assistant was lovely and left me to potter around in the store unattended.
