Here at Glenferrie Orthodontics we have two very experienced orthodontist who work together to ensure the best treatment outcomes for patients. You are welcome to see both orthodontists during your treatment depending on which appointment times suit you best. Doug and Martin work closely to ensure continuity of treatment no matter which doctor you see for your visit.
The team members at Glenferrie Orthodontics are qualified and experienced and provide quality orthodontic treatment in a caring, friendly environment. Our private treatment rooms allow for specialised one on one treatment with our caring staff. We are a small team that relish the opportunity to build strong relationships with our patients and families during their orthodontic journey.
We pride ourselves on our high standard of care in infection control. At Glenferrie Orthodontics we have a duty of care to follow specific infection control procedures. We adhere to, if not exceed, standards set by the Australian Dental Association as well as other external bodies such as the Australian Dental Board.
Orthodontic treatment using braces is the most common method used to straighten teeth. A full range of fixed appliances (braces) are available at Glenferrie Orthodontics. These include stainless steel or 'silver' braces as well as ceramic or 'clear' braces. Depending on the treatment required, we will provide you with the most suitable option.
What we do at your first visit to Glenferrie Orthodontics. Prior to your first visit we will refer you for radiographs of your teeth to allow for the most comprehensive consultation. The first visit is spent gathering further information about any concerns you or your dentist may have regarding your teeth.

Extremely happy with the service from our first appointment to the end. Doug Lee and his wonderful team were so informative and explained the process in such detail and also spoke to our son to ensure he “did the right thing and followed instructions”, which was an essential part of the process in order to get the outstanding results he did. This is an outstanding clinic. Professional, caring and honest. I don’t understand a previous review that implied this team aren’t interested in patient care; my experience has been the complete opposite, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. They’ve always been very accommodating with any urgent problems, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
