Quadrant offers a number of independent and specific valuations services. Once the specific valuation purpose has been established, clients can order a valuation online with our online request form. As fixed-fee, independent valuers, with no vested interest, a valuation from us will place you in a significantly more enlightened position when selling possibly your most prized asset.
As fixed fee independent valuer's, we have no incentive or interest in conservative figures like finance compliance officers or inflating figures to gain your business. An independent valuation from us, with no vested interest, may place you in a significantly more enlightened position when selling possibly your most prized asset.
Most people get a pest inspection and building inspection before purchase which is fine and always recommended, but the most important thing, is the price, and does that price represent market value. If you've finally found the property, house or unit you are really interested in, it's in your best interest to get a fully independent pre-purchase valuation.
