For 28 years JAB Jewellers has been handcrafting jewellery in Geelong. We have embraced the new technology that has taken the jewellery world by storm. We believe the computer designs using CAD software and CAM technology (3D printing, milling, lasers etc.) as simply another tool in creating jewellery.

Didn't have the most pleasant experience with JAB Jewellers in arranging an engagement ring.
The craftsmanship of the ring is great however.. Communication was awful.
When the ring was completed I was not contacted due to incorrect details despite having communicated via email.
Was not provided the original ring when collected the new engagement ring. After returning from overseas (and engaged) followed up and was advised the ring was sent to be refined without being consulted/not advise prior (original ring was a family heirloom). After ring was refined - was offered a discount on next purchase

John, Nicole and the team at Jab Jewellers are all master-craftsman. They obviously love what they do and they are brilliant at it!! I was anxious about the whole process not knowing if I was doing the right thing, dismantling my grandmothers (very old) wedding and engagement ring and my own, to combine the old and the new into two more modern… rings. I had some ideas but was unsure whether it would work. Nicole guided me through the entire process, kept me informed, called me in at different stages and then magically designed and crafted the most beautiful, amazing rings (x2) for me. I
