The construction of this modern, seven-unit apartment building was undertaken for the Land and Housing Corporation. The attractive, contemporary units are double-brick to the first floor, with suspended concrete slabs to the brick-veneer, first floor units. Terrible service. Total lack of communication and from a director. !! Wasted 4 and a half hours over two mornings for Austin not to arrive and on the second day, no communication at all as Austin had completely forgot about me !! When challenged, he said,"Understand your needs but I also have a commitment to my current clients" (sic). You might find that your future supply of clients will diminish quite quickly Austin. So much for using local, "Professionals".

BDM Constructions were the builder for the renovation of our 1906 Federation cottage in Stanmore in 2018. The project involved enclosing a rear veranda, construction of a new family room, kitchen, walk in pantry, laundry and powder room and re-landscaping the back yard to make the most of the large 75 year-old frangipani. From the day we signed the contract BDM applied themselves diligently to the job and brought it in on schedule. We were very impressed with BDM's workmanship and the professionalism with which they conducted themselves. We are delighted with the finished result.
