Steven, a Melbourne University graduate was admitted to practice in 1971. Following his admission to the profession, Steven practised as a Principal Lawyer specialising in criminal law. In the early 1990's, Steven and Mr Ted Ellinghaus, now retired, established Ellinghaus Weill Lawyers & Consultants with offices in Melbourne and Bendigo.
Prior to joining the team at Ellinghaus Weill, Nicole completed a Bachelor of Laws at Bond University in Queensland and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law. Following her admission to the profession, Nicole worked as a lawyer in Dandenong and later in Malvern East and Richmond.
Bev is a Law Clerk who has worked in the legal industry for some 35 years and enjoys a close working relationship with our existing clients, their children, families and friends. Bev's legal experience covers all areas of Conveyancing including Off the Plan developments, complex transfers of property and advising on stamp duty implications.
Daryl has always lived in Bendigo and is proud of all that Bendigo has to offer. Daryl is a Paralegal having almost 30 years experience in the legal industry following more than 6 years with the ANZ Bank, including several years specialising in mortgage securitisation.
