I recently sold a house without an agent and worked with Sue and Cameron, who were nothing short of amazing.
Banks are very slow at the moment which impacted the approval process for the buyers! Sue was always on the phone like clockwork to discuss the next step and always provided really solid advice while being a lovely person to talk to at anytime! Sue knows her stuff and I wouldn’t go anywhere else again!
My family had three generations of business going with Sue all at once all with different needs (a build, a sale with a power of attorney and my house sale without an agent) and Sue was

We recently purchased a property in Bendigo and using Jennings Law & Conveyancing made a very difficult purchase much easier. Cameron and Sue maintained a very proactive approach and their communicaiton was first class, ensuring both myself and my finance broker were always kept up to date. Their attritude towards ensuring the purchase settled as quickly as possible was reflected in their willingness to go above and beyond.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Jennings.

We have used Jennings Law for many years and recently sold our home and used their conveyancing service. Sue, who was our Conveyancer went above and beyond dealing with an issue that was created by a bank and settlement would not have occurred on time without her perseverance and commitment. Highly recommend this business.

We have recently used the services of Jennings Law and Conveyancing to purchase a property in Victoria and have nothing but praise for the work that Cameron, Sue and the team have done.
From the first contact, right through to the confirmation of settlement letter, Jennings L&C kept us informed and answered all of our questions, helping keep my husband and I calm and excited about the purchase, rather than the legal stuff.
We have no hesitation in recommending the team at Jennings Law and Conveyancing and will be using them for further conveyancing and our wills.
