I needed windows to be specially designed and knew we were in good hands from the start. The process was seamless from beginning to end, everything transparent and consistent, even though working through COVID lock-downs and restrictions. The installation was amazing - efficient, respectful, expertly done and the clean-up outstanding. And of course the windows are fantastic.

Very happy with the service from Sorin and his team. They were very patient as we designed the windows for our home in the ACT, and responded to every email and phone call promptly. Luke from New World Windows did an amazing job installing the windows.
