Services
Custom Screens specialise in various security products including security screens & security doors, roller shutters, window tinting and security film. We design, manufacture, supply or install the perfect security doors in Perth for your home. Custom Screens will fit, supply and install the perfect security screen in Perth for your home.
A Full 20% deposit is required on all jobs for production to begin (there is no exceptions). The current installation lead time applies to the date the deposit is received and not when the confirmation is received, or invoice sign off. Full Balance is due when the job is complete, clients will be given invoices from the installer or it may be emailed out.
All mechanical items need a level of maintenance, this may include lubrication. It is the Customers responsibility to lubricate mechanical items. Custom Screens recommend every 6 months, this will ensure maximum life out of the products. All items will require a level of cleaning to ensure product longevity and correct operation.
Custom Screens warranties all installations for 2 years, this includes the installation and labour. All service calls within this time will be at no charge if the items in question are at fault. If damage is a result to neglect or product miss- use a service charge will apply. Warrantees will be void and a service call will apply if the client has organised a third party to repair faults.
Ordered two security doors and two screens for windows. All were custom built. All phone contact and service men that attended the house were professional, on time and clearly understood their products and services. The initial contact to order to product installment was very quick. Really happy with the price and the quality of the product.

We had four security screens fitted and an excellent job was completed with great skill by installer Adrian. The whole process from measuring up, quotation and fitting was done with marked professionalism. Consequently, we have no hesitation in giving the company any future work and in recommending them to anyone.

Highly recommend this company. Easy and fast quoting service. Placing my order was painless and when I booked my job I was given an extremely reasonable install date, which was honoured. The installer was lovely and approachable. The screens look fantastic and I'm now feeling secure. Thank you for looking after me. I'm impressed. Good old-fashioned service.

Friendly, helpful staff came out and inspected job and advised on installment.
Excellent communication with office staff explaining any questions i had.
Received phone call from installer letting me know when my security door was ready for install and was installed without needing to be home and site had been cleaned up as if they were never there, unlike some other trades.

Custom Screens have been excellent to deal with for our new screen doors.
They were helpful every step of the way and, from the visit to their showroom to the final installation, they provided service to suit our needs. Great care was taken when installing our screens and the quality of the hardware is excellent.
We will definitely be back when it's time to refresh the windows!
