Great service, Have had his TV s and security cameras for year with no issues the only time a small problem happened after 5 years of no problems he came out and fixed the issue with no charge. the wire management is outstanding and customer service is outstanding.If i could give a 100 stars i would.

If I could have selected no stars I would have done so, I would not deal with this person he is a rip off con man, he supplied and installed a CCTV system at my home and charged for things that he didn't do. After only 14 months the system failed and this is after having issues basically from the outset.
On many occasions I tried to contact Kevin Vincenti, Tech HQ Owner, Manager Director and he failed to assist. When the system completely shut down I again tried to contact him, again nothing. I then called another Hikvision installer who was very lucky not to be seriously injured due to poor workmanship
