Have not met a dentist like Dr Edward Waters ever before. I am a really terrible patient in the chair. My tongue has a life all of its own, I gag for no reason and am plain scared most if the time. Basically I think I am hyper-sensitive. I know it’s my fault because several other dentists have pointedly told me. But being told is about as helpful as shouting at a deaf person. My visit at KDC was much less stressful than anything I’ve experience before. I was the same patient gagging for no reason, but I wasn’t scared. Have been trying to unpack why. I think the reason is empathy.

I took my 9 year old daughter to see Dr Liz recently, she was really nervous about going but Liz was so calm and so good at explaining everything that was going on that when we left she said "the dentist is fine mum - i dont know why i was scared". I highly recemmend Katoomba Dental Centre to anyone and everyone!!

My first visit was 24.6.21. Very efficient very experienced dentist - Dr Liz. Told me the reasons why she did everything and spent 5 mins reeducating me on where i was going wrong with my brushing. The whole business is run like a military operation - seem to have embraced the idea of implementing best practice in all their work systems. Impressive.

Great service. Highly recommended. Our dentist Elizabeth explains everything to us and our options. All the staff are friendly, and we love the savings we get through the membership with affordable payment options ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Katoomba Dental Centre has been taking care of my dental needs for over three years. Over that time I have recommended this practice to friends without hesitation. Courteous, efficient receptionists and short waiting times make the visit straight forward. My dentist is an experienced and caring professional who explains procedure, administers my injections quickly and at the conclusion allows time for any questions I may have. All the staff follow covid safe practices throughout. Highly recommended.

We have enjoyed our time with the lovely people there, they make you feel very special and part of their dental family. They have always been there for us over the years, covering every situation.
Susan is very knowledgable and allays your fears over the phone & always manages to find a spot for you as needed :)
James is such a caring person ...and phoned me twice for 'follow up' after a difficult extraction!

Dentist always explains what he is doing, going to do, what is best to do & what options I have or what I can do to make things better re my teeth. My medications & health problems are taken into consideration. All staff are friendly, nice, calm, patient, happy, supportive & helpful in org. my yearly appts. as required & answer my questions. Environment is always clean & tidy. They work with best practices & procedures in mind. I always feel I am in safe hands.

It has always been a comfortable and positive experience from the time I enter the practice until I leave. They have some hi-tech equipment and procedures, that I hadn't experienced with my last (now retired) dentist of over 30 years. The staff are lovely, they are friendly and professional and very, very thorough. They follow all Covid protocols. Happy to have found them when looking for a new dentist.

Amazing Dental Clinic. One of the best experiences I've ever had at a Dental Practice. The staff are great and Dr Moss is a top bloke and very professional.
