Thank you Sue and Ken. This was a fairytale place to spend the first nights of our honeymoon - fine china, big bath and all your added touches that make Walnut Cottage the perfect place to relax and enjoy life. We loved it! Arrived at 9pm.

Overcome after walking into the ambiance of Walnut Cottage - after going from room to room, we lit the fire, put music on and opened our bottle of wine - toasting the weekend before us with a beatiful bottle of Woodcutter's Shiraz - just Superb. What a gorgeous place! So much attention to detail - the flowers on the mantel, the gorgeous plates and bowls that fill the cupoards in the kitchen and a fabulous fireplace.

The Barossa ‘treats’, fresh flowers, wine and an open fire were wonderful, unexpected extras that were included in our stay at the charming and very comfortable Walnut Cottage - the period furniture also added to its ‘Insta’ appeal (forgive me, it’s all the young ones care about ;) and now I’m afraid we’ve peaked in accomodation experiences and won’t find better! Thanks Lydia, this cottage stay was exceptional!

Enjoying a relaxing getaway in Walnut Cottage, Angaston. Clean and very beautifully presented. Highly recommended for a base to explore the beautiful Barossa any time of the year. All we hoped for in accommodation. Owners very helpful with our requirements over the time it took us to be able to 'escape' the ratrace. Thanks to Sue and Ken we were able to escape to a very enjoyable location.

A lovely place to stay in the Barossa. It is in a very quiet location but close to restaurants and the wineries of the Barossa. Would stay there again!
