Greensborough Flowers

I picked up a bunch of flowers today which I ordered during the week. From a service point of view, I was very very disappointed. On pick up they weren’t made up and when I commented on that, I was told they weren’t made up in case I didn’t turn up for collection…..fair point but I wasn’t asked to pay at the time of ordering and pretty sure they’d still be able to be sold.
When I checked the price I was reminded that “I’m getting the wrapping paper for no extra charge”…..Mmmmm pretty sure this is always included in the purchase of flowers. Not a pleasant attitude towards the

I ordered flowers for (2) friends and they both raved about the freshness/quality of the flowers. And despite a mess up on my behalf, giving them the incorrect address, they went back the following day to the correct address, without extra charges (which I was certainly willing to pay). Morning of funeral of my mother in law this morning. Organised 5 days earlier for 1 long stemmed rose to be placed on her coffin as per her wishes (she requested no other flowers). The customer service lady said that there would be plenty to sell that day, $10 a rose. Was greeted by a man that was insensitive and just plain rude. He basically told… me that he could not sell me the single rose as he had 1 bunch which he charged $55 dollars for. Ok, so l asked why then did his employee (apparently his wife) say she could give us 1 rose? He became so combative because l challenged him. All
