Very disappointing. I rang prior to visiting this florist as it's the Christmas-New Year period and I wanted to check what flowers they had in stock.
The lady who answered the phone was very short with me and would not give any description of the flowers she had so then I tried to tell her I was looking for flowers for a death of a family friend and she stated that she didn't have time to listen to my story and was too busy.
Incredibly poor customer service over the phone and that is even before entering the shop!

From the moment we entered to order flowers for my daughters 18th birthday , the male staff member was rude & abrupt with too much attitude . I was asked to pick up the flowers at 1030am . When I promptly arrived , the same rude staff member told me flowers not ready & its just on 1030 . He stated , in an exasperated tone ‘we have been busy ‘ . I was happy to wait , however his tone & the services was the worst I have encountered . No people skills & will never return . I would think in these difficult times , people would want the business .

Darren created the most spectacular arrangement of my wife’s favourite blooms in a vase ready to present to her
She was overwhelmed, and commented that this was the most stunning arrangement she had ever received, and that the gift of flowers by Darren at Ireland’s florist in Burgundy St Heidelberg, took her breath away

Ordered an Orchid for my wife's birthday. Requested it be delivered on the morning of her birthday. Did not arrive. I needed to ring them but got the excuse the staff member was not on when I ordered.
What arrived was a dead Orchid. Half the flowers have died and the leaves are dropping off.
The florist was kind enough to replace the plant when alerted to the problem.

Ordered a bunch of flowers for a friend's birthday and with little clue about flowers just asked that it be pretty and contain sunflowers. I was immediately blown away by the most beautiful bunch of flowers. I could tell a lot of care and pride was taken in creating this bunch. At such a difficult time for so many, it's the little things that mean so much. Thank you, I will be back!

My husband has been buying me flowers from here for a number of years. Every time he has been in the past he always comments on the lovely service by the lady (despite her failing eyesight she ALWAYS goes out of her way to make the bouquet look beautiful including the addition of a few ladybirds). Today was our wedding anniversary and my husband went here again but he said the normal lady that serves him wasn't there. I hope she is ok.

The beautiful florist was so accommodating of my gift idea, and helped me create a cute and simple little arrangement 😍
She was so nice and stayed open that little bit longer to help me out. As we were chatting, she explained why they closed a few minutes early on a stormy rainy day which led to the other person's 2 ⭐ review and we agreed...you can't please everyone all of time, so keep just being awesome!
Love her service, her shop, her outlook on life and her wisdom 🙏🏼🌺🙏🏼 The combination is rare so I'll be supporting her business with all my flower needs x
