A crown is more complex and time consuming procedure than a simple filling for a tooth. We will explain the process for your particular teeth but if you have more questions please ask. There are many different types of crowns. Professional skill and experience mean the correct crown is available for your individual tooth requirements.

I help to drive my mom to do partial and got schedule many time. They didn’t check to make sure enough parts for us, we came 2 times but still wrong parts. Why don’t they call and let us know before our schedule( even 10 mins ok). We all busy and have to work. I hate the way they run their business.
Even the clean teeth, they just clean the easy one, and they didn’t try to clean the hard one and send us to the deep clean (May be to make money, because of Covid19 we skipped the 2nd one, and came back after Covid19. They said they can’t do deep clean now and they had to look for other places

I called and scheduled a routine clean that was going to be out of pocket they never mentioned anything about needing x-rays when I Told the fourth person that worked here I was only in for a routine out of pocket clean they then said that if I don’t get x-rays I can’t get cleaned. I took a full day off missed out on work and money only to find out that they won’t clean my teeth. Thanks for nothing it really feels like this business only cares about money and not the well-being of their patients I will never be back here again. The kicker to all this is if I would’ve been honest and just

Come here if you like to be disrespected by rude and condescending receptionists. Something is seriously wrong with this office, they have a culture in the front desk area that encourages or excuses terrible customer service. They speak to you in a manner that is embarrassing and shameful. If I was a dentist at this office I would fire the staff to save my business. We left today and found a new dentist.

After going to chemo for cancer I was referred to park dental ridges. My teeth were extracted and I was fitted with dentures. Total bill $6000 and total payments of $3500 after one year my account was referred to a collection agency. I found the office staff at park dental to be unprofessional and in need of customer service skills. Jackie in billing kept interrupting me so abruptly so rude. I will not return to this location and do not recommend it to anyone

Park Dental Ridge is very professional and friendly. The staffs were very welcoming and dentists were amazing. I didn't even feel anything when I was getting my crown, fun conversations and jokes while the service was done on April 4th. My insurance company was supposed to cover 100% of the total service for crowning (pre-estimate in March), but due to the network change as of April 1st, when I got my service done on April 4th, it was considered out of network and I was billed to pay quite a bit. My insurance company forgot to send me the note that as of April 1st, Park Dental Ridges will be out

I lost a crown at 4:30pm on a Friday, and we were new to the area. My husband and I frantically called every dentist trying to get in before the weekend. Dr. Erickson happened to have an opening at 6pm on a Friday. Not only was I able to get right in when other dental offices were already closed, but she quickly identified why the crown came off and left me with some thoughts on a permanent fix in the future. Not once did any dentist prior to Dr. Erickson show any concern or offer alternatives for this specific problem. My husband and 3 year old daughter now visit her as well. The "kid only" Saturdays

I think they are great! I have a bad history with Dental services, but I've had nothing but good experiences with Park Dental, especially the Burnsville location. The most gentle cleanings I've ever had, and a great job with two filling replacements. The receptionists are fast and courteous. Couldn't ask for more.

I like this place because of the great hours. I never have to take time off of work to get myself or my kids in. I even got an emergency appointment after 5pm when my son had extreme tooth pain. If you have a job like mine where they never let you off unless you are dying, this is a great alternative to the dentists who work on bankers hours. Always happy with their level of care as well. I found the front desk people to be friendly and helpful as well.
