I purchased a pair of Taekwondo Adidas shoes for $150 for my daughter. Within 2 weeks the shoes had fallen apart, stitching unravelled and seams splitting. To say this is dangerous in a martial art sport is undeniable. We returned the shoes and were told perhaps it was the way my daughter was training in the shoes. Reluctantly the shoes were exchanged and we thought all had been resolved. Once again within two weeks the new set of Adidas shoes fell apart at the seams. The inner sole completely separated from the base of the shoes leaving my daughter unable to train in the shoes as the inner base

Poor customer service. Just plain rude. The young guy that works there is really good if you get lucky to deal with him. I have bought from jols for years. From Back in the day when they had a retail shop in High St,Northcote. However will never buy from jols again.

Went to buy some martial arts gear and the woman who served me, her attitude and customer service was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! She was lucky I didn't tell her where to go with her poor attitude towards me. Try to avoid the woman who works there called Nicki if you do go to buy anything! There are other shop's that might be a bit more expensive but you get the customer service and satisfaction!
No point buying stuff for a cheap price if the service is DISGUSTING and terrible.

They seem to be well stocked and know their products. Their hours are strange though, 10-4 Monday to Wednesday. Difficult to get to for the average full time worker
