I first started working in the Air-conditioning industry in 2011 as a labourer installing spiral duct work in Perth, Western Australia. This continued until I was given an opportunity to take on an apprenticeship in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning in 2012. I specialised in the installation of various types of Air-conditioning units in commercial, industrial and domestic use.
I stayed with the one company for the duration of my apprenticeship, building trust where I was promoted to Leading Hand, taking on more responsibility and organising jobs to be carried out in a timely matter. One memorable challenge was when I was given the opportunity to work in Papua New Guinea installing chilled water systems into banks of IT server rooms.

The team were very fast at responding to myself for a time to book in. They called 30mins prior to arriving to let me know they were on the way. Very polite and also cleaned up after themselves which was amazing. Our aircon was both dirty and not producing cool air and was fixed with our Hydro Clean. I thought we may need to top up the gas however they were honest and advised it was just the clean that was required. They did notice another issue that doesn’t require urgent action however asked if I would like a quote for it to have on hand. Such a great team and cannot recommend them enough

We recently had our ducted air conditioning upgraded in our family home. The old system was removed and the new system installed. Nathan designed the new system for us and it’s been awesome so far. We found everyone in this business easy to talk to and work in with. They were very respective of our home and especially our walls/ceilings. Quality of work was better than expected. Any system questions we had, their response was prompt and on point and offered to return to site to explain. I would highly recommend this business for anyone needing ducted air-conditioning work done.
