Our Sydney CBD Chiropractor may help women suffering with lower back pain during pregnancy. At Advanced Care Chiropractic, treatment is performed on a special table that allows you to lay face down. During pregnancy, a woman's centre of gravity shifts forward. This additional weight in front causes stress to the joints of the pelvis and low back, causing the curve of the lower back to increase.

A rotator cuff tear is a tear within the shoulder's rotator cuff tendons. It can be of varying degrees such as a partial tear or full tear. Repeated rotator cuff injury from strains or pinching can injure the soft tissue resulting in bruising or swelling. This causes a quicker impingement or squeezing of the rotator cuff tendons.
Repetitive and prolonged strain on the forearm muscles while playing tennis, golf, or other like activities will lead to Tennis elbow RSI or Golfers Elbow. Ineffective technique along with poor levels of general fitness and conditioning may also contribute. A scar can develop at the tendon which will cause pain and inflammation each time the muscle is used.

Zac at Advanced Care Chiropractic is the best! I've been a client now for about 6 years and have gone to hime with a range of issues during that time. He's been a fantastic support throughout my first pregnancy and the many issues that brings! He has helped me work though everything from a twisted pelvis to sacrum issues. I used to be afraid of having my neck manipulated but now I love it - it works a treat! Zac is friendly and always does his best to get to the root cause of the problem and I have found the treatments to be highly effective.

Can't fault Zak in any way. From his professional personal appearance and the cleanliness of his practice right down to the actual treatment he provides, Zac is without a doubt the best Chiropractor I've seen (and I've seen a lot). If I had to fault him I would say it can occasionally be a touch hard to get an appointment with him, but that in itself speaks volumes about how highly in demand his services are. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Zac and Advanced Care Chiropractic have been outstanding. Treatment is excellent -I would have missed a lot of work days - and probably jobs, full stop - if I hadn't been seeing Zac. What is also appreciated is the honest assessments and advice for various back and spine ailments.

I have been seeing Zac at Advanced Care Chiropractic for many years now for maintenance treatment on my back and his service is always great! There is no numerous unnecessary scans, or treatment plans that tell you that you need to come 3 times per that many other clinics put you through. Zac is happy to work with what you want to do and when. Appointments are always on time and its nice to have a friendly chat with someone who is looking out for your best interests - highly recommended to anyone looking for a quality chiropractic service.
