Out of 20 years of staying in caravan parks I have never stayed in one where I was so relaxed. The owners are very friendly and hospitable. They go out of their way to help out where they can. The favourite thing about the park is the local celebrity Rex (the dog). Prices are one of the lower ones in the area but that certainly doesn’t mean that you miss any short cuts are taken. The bbq area and the the facilities are always kept clean neat and tidy. I have been staying here for about ten years for our holidays in Sussex. Usually we always get the same cabin by luck not by choice. Thank you

Stayed for 1 night on a powered site. Had a great time! Guy was very friendly and chatty when we arrived. Decent sized powered site (we only had a small camper so might have looked bigger in comparison) bathrooms were a very high standard, spotlessly clean! Pool was good, little chilly when first got In as not heated but adds to the fun. Beautiful surroundings in a nice town. Would defiantly stay again if going back through in the future. Thanks for a relaxing and comfy stay guys!

Very friendly owners. only park that wanted to rent us a cabin for one night neighbouring parks would only do two nights at nearly double the price. for one night the cabin was unreal great bed had kettle toaster everything we needed plus the nicest owners we have found in our travels. we will be definitely repeat customers

Not bad but few things can improve. The BBQ facility is not free - needs coins. Pool is not heated. Common bath facility also needs coins for hot water. Not ideal for large groups. we found one BBQ was not working but got fixed when complained, one cabin's hot water was not working also got fixed after complained, one stove was not working - fixed after complained. Overall good place & budget friendly. Toilets were clean but shower takes time to get the correct temperature.

What a little strip or paradise and a home away from home. We loved it from the the initial phone conversation. And upon arrival we were greeted with a smile and even though it was our first visit we felt like we were among friends. We will definitely be back again and again. Cleanliness was Immaculate, facilities and location are brilliant! Don’t stay anywhere else!

From the phone call to welcome us before our arrival. And allowing us to upgrade on short notice. The friendly service when we arrived. Our expectations were met. Our Cabin for 2 nextdoor to owners office was clean modern comfortable and all we needed for our weekend away. Beautiful location and surrounding areas to go and explore. An incredible family experience. We booked a classic cabin for our family of 3 adults and a child for 3 nights and had a wonderful time at the holiday park. The cabin was clean and well presented. The kitchen was clean & fully functional and we could cook & enjoy our breakfast. The kitchen had all necessary appliances, crockery, cutlery & BBQ tools.
The linen was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable.
It's a family place and the best part of our stay was that our daughter could play with other kids and she really enjoyed there.
