Are you are buying, selling, refinancing, transferring ownership or adding another person to your current title? Review of the Section 32 can be conducted by us providing we have minimum three (3) business days notice. Please also request the Blank Contract note, as well as any General / Special conditions accompanying contract.

Please guys don't waste your money. Not worst it, bad service. No transparency in fees.

1st encounter:
Called up their admin asked for an urgent section 32.
Got called back need to pay for upfront payment over the phone of $134.44
Later that day got a call, and ask to pay another $300 for the section 32 review. Paid for that.
No indication of turn around time.
4 days later, they asked to called back. At that time someone else already put in an offer.
(They make me feel like it was my false for not reading the fine print, and I feel extremely bad for not giving them enough time
