Our operators are experienced, trained and qualified. We have four highly experienced conveyancers each with around twenty years conveyancing experience. Trevor is the owner and principal of Lexus Conveyancing. He has a broad background in real estate and conveyancing. He is a licensed conveyancer and holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing) and is an associate member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (Victorian Division).
At Lexus Conveyancing we have designed a highly organised, efficient and professional property conveyancing service. Our systemised practice means that we are able to offer competitive rates while maintaining a personal approach to our clients' requirements. We liaise directly with real estate agents, lenders, brokers and insurers to ensure that we provide our clients with the best possible service.
Prospective purchasers should seek advice on a Vendor's Statement and the terms of any contract. Lexus can help you understand what planning restrictions apply, what building regulations means and how they might affect you and draw you attention to any easements or encumbrances that affect the title.
Vendors selling property in Victoria must provide a document called a Section 32 Statement (Vendor's Statement). This document sets out the title, planning restrictions and other information relevant to the land. A contract will not be binding unless Section 32 is properly complied with. To comply with Section 32 a Vendor must provide a signed Section 32 Statement to a Purchaser prior to entering into a Contract of Sale.
When purchasing property, having a good, .no, a great conveyancer is a must. Through my position as a Buyer's Advocate, buying around ten properties a month, I've worked with many conveyancers but have found that there are few that go above and beyond. When my clients ask me who they should seek advice from it is Lexus Conveyancing every time.

My mortgage broker said that of the innumerable Conveyancing firms he has dealt with over the years, Lexus were by far the most professional. Like me, he was deeply impressed with their diligence and acumen.
