Sydney Remedial Builders Pty Limited (SRB) was established in the early 1990's to undertake remedial and rectification building works in the metropolitan area of Sydney and the Central Coast. Simon Bennett is the founder, Managing Director and major shareholder of SRB and has over thirty (30) years' experience in the building industry.
Simon is a qualified Clerk of Works and provides the "hands on" management for SRB. SRB's corporate office is located in Manly Vale on Sydney's Northern Beaches and has grown from its initial team of ten to a well-known medium sized business with a team of over fifty. SRB's size allows the business to offer benefits to both clients and its staff and contractors.

Services
Waterproofing: All flashing work, liquid and sheet membranes, expansion joints and repairs to brickwork. Civil Works: Underpinning of buildings, retaining walls, and investigative excavation. Roof Systems: Removal and replacement of roof systems. Facade Repairs: All concrete repairs, window repairs and replacement to high rise buildings.
SRB is committed to this plan and regularly monitors performance to ensure the commitments of the business through this plan are met. The plan also provides a framework for supervision and performance management and ensures that all staff and contractors adhere to the ideals that SRB prides itself on.
SRB recognises its obligation to its staff and contractors, clients and the community and takes this responsibility seriously. SRB ensures best practice and adherence to legislative requirements as a matter of priority and encourages any concerns to be raised through the company's reporting mechanisms so they may be addressed as a matter of urgency.
SRB covers the Sydney Metropolitan region from Palm Beach in the north, Parramatta in the west, Sans Souci in the south and the eastern suburbs. SRB also provides cover on the Central Coast. Staff and contractors on work sites are provided with training and support, both from SRB's corporate base and onsite, as required to ensure quality work that adheres to company and legislative standards.

Amazing. I'd like to thank Scott and his team at Sydney Remedial Builders for fixing up our leaking balcony. For years we'd had rain coming into our lounge room whenever there was a heavy downpour but since completion of the work, we've had no problems. Scott kept us fully informed along the way and provided us with options when an underlying issue was identified. I can't thank the team enough and highly recommend them.
