Emerald Building & Carpentry Services offers an honest and reliable service with over 25 years industry experience. Based in Sydney's Northern Beaches, we have a wide range of services to suit our client's needs including, but not limited to, stylish home renovations and extensions to modern decking solutions and pergolas.
Emerald Building and Carpentry Services range from large scale renovations, down to simple household carpentry requirements such as hanging doors. Irrespective of the size of the job, we approach each project with the same professional manner and care to provide a top quality finish ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
With a growing family and an unconventional floor plan, these clients wanted to make the best use of the area they had. By moving the entrance door & gaining some of the floor space from the front bedroom we were able to create a hallway that lead into the dining room. This also provided a recess in the bedroom which was perfect for a built in wardrobe & some much needed storage space.
With views to die for but a well lived in house the clients wanted to maximise the potential of their property. By adding an extra balcony and extending the existing one they have given themselves multiple levels to entertain or just to relax looking out over Pittwater. To the front of the property we added a large carport, built using recycled timber which has added to the kerb appeal.
When the client reach out to us to help him finish off his half renovated home we jumped at the chance. We could see what potential this house had to offer. By creating a new entrance with following timber floors this tied the existing house and garage together to make it one great usable space. At the opposite end of the house we added a new master bedroom with walk-in-robe and ensuite.
