So pleased with the product and service from Mike and his team. Their Customer Service was second to none - All the way from the office and booking staff, through to the measure and install staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they're so pleasant to deal with. Plus the blinds look AMAZING and are exactly what we envisioned. Vision Decor came out and installed my indoor and outdoor blinds, they were flexible with dates to work around me and did a very professional job.
Friends have said comments such as; "your house looks like a display home"
In relation to my phone app controlled outdoor blinds for my alfresco and for my wall to wall block out curtains in my main room.

Vision Decor’s customer service is amazing! I had no idea where to begin with window treatments for our new home and Kayla was so helpful, guiding me through all their beautiful materials and design options. Then when it came to installation I was just as impressed with the experience and knowledge Rob shared while he hung our blinds and curtains. I even received follow up emails to make sure we were happy with the final finished product - gotta love the service a small business offers. Totally recommend

We've been so very happy with the quality curtains and blinds that were made and installed for us by the great team at Vision Decor. Mike especially has really looked after us over the years and he couldn't have been more patient and helpful during the selection process. Not only have we got the best quality curtains from this family run business but ones that represent excellent value in comparison to other curtain chains/franchises.
