Called Luis at aurora plumbing after my drains had become blocked. Luis was polite and professional over the phone and provided comprehensive information on what I should do while I wait for him to arrive.
The wait wasn’t long, and once here he proceeded to inform me on the problem and how to fix it, his friendly service highly soars above any of the tradesmen I’ve had do work at my property in the past and would highly recommend Luis and his business to anything plumbing related

Luis came to check our almost 30 year old gas central heating which kept stopping. He was very honest about the prospects. Then with his help we found a reconditioned controller online and they got the heating up and running on the day the new controller was delivered. Just one of a number of examples. They have been looking after our gas appliances for many years.
