Had a blockage in a sewage line which was investigated and cleared very quickly. John provided a detailed explanation regarding the nature of the blockage and what could be done to resolve the problem. I was offered multiple solutions and quoted reasonable fees. Excellent customer service overall.

John responded earlier than the slotted time, I had a very big issue with one of my drains. This wonderful man after doing all he could to try and fix the problem was so kind as not to even charge me in the end.
