Dr James Knox was excellent; took the time to explain foot biomechanics in detail (I have pretty 'interesting' feet... ;)) and was open to discussing the best (not 'most expensive') options for keeping them chugging along for the foreseeable future. I found him very honest, willing to engage with his patients and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I've been weight training for several years. My knees and hips had started to regularly ache during and after heavy squat and deadlift sessions. The knowledgeable team at Pulse Podiatry identified my pronated feet as the problem and fitted me with great orthotics that corrected my form. They also dry needled my quads and IT band to release muscle tightness. Now my lifting is pain-free!
