Worst experience ever....from the minute I accepted the quote it started. No response from the sales rep once I confirmed I would be proceeding. This should have been alarm bells. I reluctantly proceeded as I didn't have time to arrange new quotes. When they finally got back to me, we booked the job in for the Monday. Advised laborer would attend at 7.30am and onsite meeting before works commenced. No laborer and supervisor was half an hour late. Once they arrived, they tried to charge me additional costs for the area that was already quoted on. Then I was told they couldn't match my existing colour
