I had an appointment at 9am, no one was there until about 5/10 past so I was waiting outside the salon calling them. The guy cutting my hair didn’t turn up until about 9.30am, and was quite rude in some of the comments he was making. Some about my appearance and hair which were not appropriate in the slightest.
The actual haircut is fine and they… offered to change anything about it if I went home & changed my mind about anything. I wasn’t asked if I wanted curly/straight blow dry, I didn’t even really realise it was finished to be honest it felt a bit half done. I

I have been going to Bill to have my hair cut and and blow waved for about 4 years and I won't go to anyone else! He makes you feel and look a million dollars!! Bill gives you tips on how to manage your hair in between cuts and is a friendly and professional hairdresser. I thoroughly recommend him to any one. Bill did me the most beautiful bouncy Brigitte Bardot haircut for me. He took my long flat hair and made it look 10x thicker.
The month before Charlotte did Keratin for me. My hair looks way better.
The salon is peaceful. No blaring music. And they are friendly, not snobby. Plus Bill is the first hairdresser to demonstrate for me how to do my hair at home. I wish I had come here sooner.

No difference to hair condition after Keratin treatment purchased on special for $125. Do not recommended.
I tried contacting the salon several times. They didn’t return my calls, only sent a text explaining everyone’s hair responds differently.
I’ve had regular Keratin treatments for 8 years this is the first time I’ve seen no change in hair frizz, condition or straightness after a treatment. Won’t be going back.

Really happy with my hair! I first visited Asethete using a Groupon for a hair smoothing treatment and I ended up asking Bill to trim my hair too. As a result I've now come back to Bill to restyle my hair and I couldn't be happier. What I appreciate most is the time he takes to assess and consult before he starts trimming, whilst making sure I'm happy and comfortable with what we've decided along the way. Will definitely be going back, and definitely recommend.

I decided to book the groupon keratin deal.. after having keratin for many years at another salon I was a little scared about trying somewhere new for it... but OMG I wish I had know about Bill and this salon earlier. Bill is so knowledgeable had 4 different types of keratin so can recommend the best option for your hair. He also gave me a tint and my hair looked the best it has for years.
He is so knowledgeable and really cares about what he’s doing.

Look out here she comes! Today when I dropped the kids off to school following little miss angel I wish I had of filmed it. The girls all stared and said they loved it... at least 5 boys followed her clapping… it was seriously epic! I was confused but it was of course her new hairdo! If you love your hair don't go there...I bought a Latino Keratin treatment from groupon and I end up with something else on my hair that made them extremely dry and weak.I did this treatment from Pierre Haddad 3 times and I know how is the texture and the outcome (which is amazing). Bill put a foaming product on my hair assuming he was using the Guava Latino Keratin treatment. He did not brush my hair and used a highly damaged applicator brush to apply the product. Thanks for the damage.

Not recommend, never seen a hair treatment walk through like this. For keratin treatment he simply applied it like shampoo, put on hair(no brush, no carefully apply on layers of hair), rub literally a little, wait and blow dry straighten, done... He even didn't wash clean hair in the first place, not clean and even with shampoo left on scalp. I can feel my scalp is still not clean even after the whole treatment, wash cut blow dry process. Maybe it's because I used the voucher $99, if anyone is willing to pay the original price $300 or so, he could get a better service maybe
