Great service, easy to communicate and organise day and time via email/text, even for a last minute clean. We were very happy with the overall clean and used Ivory for both our homes for the move-in and out clean. I booked their house cleaning service as mother's day present. I called several times to get quotations as it was our first time booking house cleaning and it took us a while to figure out what service we need.
Vidura was very nice and explained to me patiently. The cleaners arrived on time and did an amazing job! They finished all the area we requested for and even did some extra part as they worked so fast that there was still some time left at the end. Mum was very happy and impressed with the result. Very professional team from the time of organising the work to completion. Reasonably priced as well. Highly impressed, keep up the good work!
We used their services to buff and polish a concrete floor to give a bit of lustre. They didn't try to rip us off unlike some of the others who wanted to carry out unnecessary work that was not required. Honest people are hard to come by thank you!

We paid for an end of lease cleaning, our agent advised that marks and spills were left in the kitchen. The walls were barely attempted to be cleaned. When we asked if they would come back they've refused due to the request being outside of 7 days. Very disappointing service and expensive for the trouble and lack of support. Save your money and go elsewhere, they also seem under staffed.
