I couldn’t be more wrapped with KLM and in particular Mel (Qld) .. from the very first phone call to the final call at settlement, she has been an amazing person to deal with! Mel took the stress and strain out of a first house purchase. She has been efficient, quick to respond and extremely personable - it felt like a friendship rather than a business deal. I couldn’t recommend her or the KLM brand more. Shall absolutely use them again

KLM Conveyancing is the worse Conveycing I have even seen. Kiani Mills has Poor communications, extremely unprofessional, doesn’t know importance of the time. Despite all the documents were provided to update the selling contract as it was an year old, day before the property was sold, she told me off and said “you are rude” because I contacted her… on her provided mobile number to communicate and to sort out the needed selling contract, when it was not done on time. Therefore, day before the property was sold, she she refused to take our case and informed me how many clients

I used KLM to effect a purchase of an off the plan townhouse in 2018. It was not a simple transaction as there were some non standard stamp duty issues. I was also travelling a lot during the settlement period. Kiani and Sally were awesome. Experienced customer focussed conveyancers who got me a great result. Recommended. Grant

We had the pleasure of working with Kiani and Rachel to purchase our first home. Being nervous first home buyers, we had plenty of questions and concerns. Kiani and Rachel answered everything in basic English for us to understand and no question was ever stupid.
