Just arrived back from Alderley hotel where I stayed with my daughter. Kaz who owns the hotel was really welcoming & helpful from the moment we arrived, from helping to park our car up, making sure our room was OK & making sure we had everything we needed he couldn't do enough. The room was lovely & very clean, the bed was comfy. The breakfast was amazing. The was a bar where we had a drink after exploring Blackpool & before turning in for the night, there was a pool table & dart board. We will certainly be going back to this hotel & would certainly recommend it

I sent food back that was burnt and he rudely said to the waitress “ she can wait “!! I had an awful train journey there, and didn’t want to get back on strain home. I had
