Claire Ahern was very unprofessional and unresponsive when I attempted to see her. She insisted on conducting intrusive pre-screening on the phone which I found intrusive and inappropriate. She requested further info but after I provided this, she did not reply. When I followed up, she chose to leave a voicemail saying she would not help, sounded vague and unprofessional. Would have had more respect had she communicated this as part of a two way conversation rather than s voicemail and also should have discussed referral options but she offered neither and I also had to chase up a response.
