Mclennan Partners was founded by accountant David Mclennan in South Melboure in 1980. Since then Mclennan Partners has recieved much success and growth due to its professional and friendly approach to its cherished clients. The year 2006 saw the practice changing hands to the current director Ian Macpherson.

Upon completing his Bachelor of Commerce degree, Ian acquired his certification as a Practising Accountant. Over his career Ian has accumulated experience in Corporate Accounting and has assumed the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer in an accounting practice. He currently specialises is Self Managed Super Funds, R&D Tax Offset Claims, Individual Trusts and Corporate Financial Management.
