Sam was on time and his communication very good. The service provided was professionally delivered although we had low expectation that the oil stain on our lounge would be removed. Unfortunately it was not successful and the stain is just as evident. Final Touch had warned us that this might be the end result.

Sam did an amazing job cleaning my leather lounge. I was also having cream dining chairs cleaned, however Sam advised they wouldn't come up as well as I hoped so didn't recommend them being done. So on top of brillant service, he gave unsolicited advice to the detriment of his own pocket. He went above and beyond usual custom service and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thanks Sam! I would highly recommend Sam. We had a couch that I thought couldn’t be cleaned and was just hoping for anything. Between dogs, cats and kids the lounge was looking and smelling miserable! Sam has given it a new lease on life and it feels liveable again. The carpets were also given a good clean and all stains removed.

Sam did a fantastic job on our carpets. We had carpets with multiple stains, including some from our cat.
Although our carpets are old and need replacing they look better than they did 10 years ago.
Very friendly, punctual and professional! On time and kept up to date for when he would arrive.

An office based at Sydney airport were looking for a carpet cleaning service for our office & managed to get in contact with Sam have used others before but must say this was the best choice. Same came the day before as promised on time did inspection gave a very reasonable quote & next day the job was done. Very punctual & the professionalism demonstrated was amazing I would highly recommend Sam for any commercial or domestic job hands down.
