Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking the appointment. If you cancel the booking more than 24 hours, you can get a credit note for the amount paid which you can use within next 2 months. If cancelled in less than 24 hours before time of appointment / booking or in case of no-show, order will not be refunded.

My carpet was smelling quite bad for a past few days. As I took a closer look, it came into my observation that it is too dirty and the fibre is getting damaged because of it. Thanks to the efficient team of Fantastic Carpet Cleaning. I did not expect that my old carpet will start looking like a new one all over again. The fibres have also got back the previous lush. I am looking forward to call them up again for upholstery cleaning.
